This website was created by the Verkley family of Ontario, Canada who descends from Johannes Theodorus Verkleij (29 October 1888 – 31 May 1951) and his wife Maria Helena Suidgeest (23 December 1890 – 17 September 1982) of Alphen aan den Rijn, Holland.
I’m redoing the Verkley Family website so it is more useful and I don’t have to do all the uploading and updating!

Hi, I am mailing from the Netherlands. My name is Paul Wesselingh and far far relative to the family Verkleij. I want to collect story’s and pictures of the families Verkleij, Loots, Kroft, ect, al tied to my family Wesselingh. I read that there is a pianosonate of Philip Loots and a painting of Jan Loots somewhere in Canada. Maybe there is more. I have also contacted the family Verkleij in Reeuwijk and Aerdenhout and they are helping me to. Maybe you can help me with copies, foto’s.
